Inconel alloy 800 mesh (UNS N08800, W. Nr. 1.4876) is a widely used material for construction of equipment requiring corrosion resistance, heat resistance, strength, and stability for service up to 1500°F (816°C).

Inconel alloy 825 wire mesh (UNS N08825, W.Nr. 2.4858) is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy with additions of mo.ybdenum, copper, and titanium. Aegis made 1-400# size 825 alloy screen.

Hastelloy alloy B2 mesh (UNS N10665 / W.Nr. 2.4617) is a solid solution strengthened, nickel-molybdenum alloy, typically used in extreme reducing conditions. Aegis has 1-600# size. 

Hastelloy B-3 alloy (UNS N10675) is an excellent resistance alloy to hydrochloric acid at all concentrations and temperatures. 1-500# size for B-3 alloy mesh.

Hastelloy C-22 Alloy Mesh (UNS N06022; W. Nr. 2.4602; NiCr21Mo14W) is a fully austenitic advanced corrosion-resistant alloy that offers resistance to both aqueous corrosion and attack at elevated temperatures. 

Hastelloy C-276 alloy mesh (UNS N0276, W. Nr. 2.4819) is a nickel-molybdenum-chromium alloy with excellent corrosion resistance in severe environments.

Hastelloy C-2000 alloy mesh (UNS N06200/ W.Nr. 2.4675) is unique among the versatile nickel-chromium-molybdenum materials, with density 8.5 g/cm³.

Nichrome 1560 alloy heating mesh (Ni60Cr15)  is composed of nickel-chromium alloy. It has high resistivity, good oxidation resistance, good stability, ductility, and The max applicable temperature is up to 1150 degrees. (1-200# size in Aegis Company. )

Standard sintered type with micron size 0.5um to 200um.

5 layers is 1.7mm thickness, as well 6 layer is 3.5mm thickness. 

Plain weave sintered square woven wire mesh with large open area percentages, good permeability characteristics, low resistance to flow and can be designed with any combination of square plain weave wire mesh layers to achieve particular flow and filtration characteristics.(1-200 Micron)
