Sintered Wire Mesh

Standard sintered type with micron size 0.5um to 200um.

5 layers is 1.7mm thickness, as well 6 layer is 3.5mm thickness. 

Plain weave sintered square woven wire mesh with large open area percentages, good permeability characteristics, low resistance to flow and can be designed with any combination of square plain weave wire mesh layers to achieve particular flow and filtration characteristics.(1-200 Micron)

2 to 3 layers of plain dutch woven wire mesh reinforcement layers with equal hole size and 3 or 4 stainless steel mesh fine layers after vacuum sintering, pressurizing, and rolling together forms dutch woven sinter wire mesh. Has evenly spaced openings and steady air permeability to flow and has very great mechanical strength due to the heavy dutch woven wire mesh layers.

Perforated metal sintered wire mesh is produced by combining single or several layers of woven wire mesh and then sintering them together with a perforated metal layer. 

Sintered metal mesh filter disc diameter is 10mm-1200mm, micron size 0.5-100micron sizes, any shape can be made. 

Sintered metal filter cartridge is the cylindrical filter element made of sintered wire mesh. These filter cartridges mostly use standard 5 layer sintered wire mesh as the filter media which need high permeability and flow rating.
